Topic: Member Petition on 50/50 Transfer Fee

In compliance with By-Laws Article 4.4

In response to a member petition regarding the fifty percent transfer fee and in compliance with By-Laws Article IV 4.4, Koch motioned to schedule a Special Membership Meeting in the Banquet Room on Thursday, August 17, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. Robinson seconded. The motion carried. A notice will be place in the July and August KEY.

Chesarek suggested a future financial plan be presented to the membership on the short and long term needs of the Club.

A financial plan was suggested to be placed in the August KEY for members to review prior to the Special Membership meeting.

Members need to be informed of our current financial situation which indicates an assessment is likely at the end of 2000.

Chesarek motioned that Anthony invite those who organized the petition to a Special Board meeting to discuss the transfer fee on June 22, 2000 to understand the specific issues of their concerns. The time of the meeting will be determined at a later date. Anthony seconded. The motion carried.

Name tags will be available at the meeting. The Board will provide the office the names of those attending.

The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
